Cancellation Policy

Cleaning Services Booking Policy By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms: Booking & Payment Bookings are confirmed once the required details are provided and payment arrangements are completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Access to the Property Customers are responsible for providing safe and suitable access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be provided, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment. Service Time Cleaning time is based on the number of hours booked. Additional time may be available upon request and subject to availability. Special Requests Please inform us of any specific cleaning requirements when making your booking so we can provide the most suitable service. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking where the property presents unsafe working conditions.
